# F*ck Limits

> F*ck Limits (www.fcklimits.com) sells prepaid, data-only travel eSIMs through its iPhone and Android app. Every plan is unlimited data for every day of the trip. Coverage: 161 countries (7 regional plans, 158 single-country plans), from $1.55/day.

## Key facts

- Plans: Unlimited Lite (1GB/day at full speed), Unlimited (3GB/day at full speed; 2GB in Brazil) and Unlimited Max (up to 10GB/day at full speed; 3GB in Brazil). After the full-speed data you stay online at reduced speed (usually 1 Mbps) until the daily reset, so every plan is unlimited. Not every destination has Lite or Max.
- Priced per day for 1 to 30 days; the longer the trip, the less per day. Prices in USD; the app and site show the visitor's currency.
- Days start when the eSIM first connects at the destination, not at purchase or install. Unused plans stay valid 180 days.
- Data-only: no new phone number. WhatsApp, iMessage and Telegram keep your usual number. Hotspot included. Top up from the app without reinstalling.
- Install: one tap on iPhone (iOS 17.4+) or scan a QR code; Android via Settings > SIM manager > Add eSIM. Needs an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone (iPhone XS/XR or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Galaxy S20 or newer, most recent flagships).
- Payments: Apple Pay or card (Stripe).
- Refunds: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM was never installed or activated; request it in the app (My eSIMs > Request refund). Installed or used eSIMs can't be refunded. Crew members can refund their own unactivated seat within 14 days. Policy: https://www.fcklimits.com/refund
- Support: Support is in the app only: ask the Agent (the in-app AI assistant), which answers instantly and opens a ticket with our team when a human is needed. There is no support email or phone line.

## App features

- Agent: In-app AI assistant. Answers questions about your eSIM, installs, coverage, refunds and travel. For visa and entry questions it cites official government sources only (e.g. europa.eu, gov.uk, travel.state.gov, national visa portals) and never commercial visa sites. Personalized to your nationality if you choose to save it. Supports voice input. Opens a ticket with our team when needed.
- Stay Calendar: Log the countries you enter and leave. It tracks the Schengen 90/180-day rolling window and per-country allowances, shows your last legal day ("must leave by") and reminds you 7, 3 and 1 day before.
- Passport: Optional passport details in the app (nationality, passport country, number, dates). Off by default; if saved, the number and date of birth are encrypted and you get reminders 6 and 3 months before your passport expires. The Agent only ever sees your nationality and passport country.
- Auto-renew: Optional for solo plans: the same plan is re-bought on your saved card (stored by Stripe) before it expires, so you never land without data. Turn it off anytime.
- Crew: Travel with friends: one link, everyone gets their own eSIM, pay for everyone or each pays their own seat. Crew discount for everyone, up to 25% (5% for 2, 8% for 3, 11% for 4, up to 25% for 10+; capped per plan; promo codes do not stack). eSIMs are released when every seat is paid.
- Crew Album: Free shared photo album for every Crew, original quality, deleted automatically 30 days after the trip.
- WiFi map: Free WiFi hotspots near you, on a map.
- VPN: Coming soon.
