Delete your account
You can delete your F*CK LIMITS account and its personal data at any time, in the app or here on the web. Deleting can’t be undone.
In the app
Open the F*CK LIMITS app and go to Passport > Settings > Delete account (the gear icon on the Passport tab). Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens right away.
On the web
Can’t open the app? Enter the email of your account. We email you a 6-digit code, and after you confirm, the account is deleted right away.
Your account is deleted. eSIMs already on your phone keep working until their plan ends; remove them in your phone’s settings when you’re done.
If you organize a Crew where friends already paid, deletion waits until the Crew is released or refunded, so nobody loses a seat. If anything blocks you, email privacy@fcklimits.com from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my account”; we delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in account, email address, name, profile and profile photo, nationality, Crew memberships and Crew Album photos you added, stays and entry photos, Agent chat history, notification tokens and saved preferences.
What is kept
Order and payment records are kept without your name or email, because tax and accounting law requires it. Card data is never stored by us; cards saved for auto-renew are held by Stripe and removed from your account. eSIMs already installed on your phone keep working until their plan ends.
